I’m the founder and teacher of Peak Balance Yoga, where health and wellbeing are at the heart of everything I do. My mission is to help people live their fullest, most adventurous lives—whether that means scaling mountains, carving through fresh powder, or simply soaking in a breathtaking view.

With over 15 years of yoga practice and a 200-Hour RYT certification, I blend the ancient art of yoga with the dynamic world of mountain athletics. My classes focus on building strength, preventing injuries, and improving balance, all while being accessible to every body and ability level.

My goal is simple: to empower you to feel strong, capable, and ready to take on both new challenges and old ones with renewed confidence.
